Spring Has Sprung

Finally, I think we can safely say we are in the 60's for good.  However, this should have been our typical winter in the Panhandle, everyone tells me.

Nevertheless, it is spring to me.  So having been stumped about what to blog lately, and not having jumped into my Mediterranean cooking yet (other than throwing some shrimp in EVOO and garlic the other night), I decided to post photos of the new pansies and assorted flowering trees from around Sandestin.

Seems the predominant colors are yellow and purple.  Very Easter-like.  Click to enlarge photos.
