It's called Flat Out Edge On baked flatbread crisps and man, are they tasty! There are no preservatives or artificial colors in them and they are 100% stone ground whole wheat. These crazy, zigzag-shaped crackers (for a serving of about 15) are only 130 calories with 4.5 g of fat (only 0.5 saturated fat and 0 trans fat), no cholesterol, 5 g of fiber and 6 g of protein!
This particular flavor is Four Cheese (there are others) and it is amazing!
I munch them with a spicy black bean dip (30 calories for 2 T; no fat) and it's the best, healthy snack I've found yet.
Try them!

Dear Sixty,
My wife and I also discovered Flatout Edge On Crisps at a Publix in St. Augustine Beach while we were there in Jan./Feb. and we were instantly hooked. We brought them to St. Louis; friends tried them with hummus and raved! the problem is: no one in the St. Louis area carries them. We tried to buy directly from Flat Out but they won't ship directly to a consumer. 9 more months before we get back to Florida & Flat Out.
Bummed
That is a bummer, Gerry. When I get home, I hope they are carried in my city! (Would love to hear your views/experiences of St. Augustine...always interested in somewhere new to winter in FL...if you read this comment, email me!)
Hi,
I'm Nicole - I work at Flatout. Thanks so much for writing about our EdgeOn Crisps! They're one of our new products and not carried across the country just yet but we're working on it! Feel free to request them from your local grocery store manager as that helps our cause!
Be sure to follow us on Twitter & Facebook for contests and give aways!
Best,
Nicole
Wow, Nicole, how did you find my blog? Did just searching for the term "Flat Out EdgeOn" bring it up?
And...you're welcome! :)
